Jana will guide you through the lesson from warming up to strengthening to relaxing stretching, breathing exercises and asanas supporting the lymphatic system and thermoregulation. You can look forward to rotational positions that move the flow of energy in the body, as well as a final relaxation in the open air. Each position has its easier and more challenging variant, so the lesson is suitable for both intermediate and beginners who already have some experience with movement. The lesson is 90 minutes long.
Just bring your own mat, comfortable clothes and a blanket or sweatshirt for final rest. Then just step onto the mat and take time for yourself, for your body and mind.
